Halloween Shortbread Cookies!

Saw this set of Linzer Halloween cookie cutters at JoAnn and I just couldn't resist. Decided to whip up a batch of my shortbread cookies so I can play with the cutters. Let's just say Halloween came early in the kitchen this year :)

Sandwiched in between the shortbread cookies is a dark chocolate nutella filling with some green candy melt swirls for the spirit of Halloween.
