I finally got the consistency of the mousse right but unfortunately I didn't put enough mango puree in so there's only a very light hint of the mango in the mousse. My quick fix was to put a mango jelly layer on top to help give it more mango-ness. My friend also suggested fresh mangoes on top, so I decided to throw that on too. Can't call it mango with no mango flavor right?
