Happy 4th of July Treats!
Taking full advantage of this 3 day weekend again :).
Yesterday I stopped by Williams-Sonoma and picked up a Ebelskvier pan (this is what dangerous web surfing will do...) so I can try out this delicious recipe I found online:
Here is my finished product:
I was trying to aim for this Hong Kong egg puff snack but couldn't decide on what pan to get. Since I saw recipes for either pan, I decided on the Ebelskiver so I can make other stuff with it. The product doesn't taste like what I excepted HOWEVER it's still pretty yum. I put coconut in the middle. Maybe next time I go to HK I can get a egg puff machine... ($50 for a pan @ Williams-Sonoma is just a bit much for something that can only make one product)
