Shortbread Cookies!

Made another delicious treat this last weekend...I told my coworkers that baking/cooking is my therapy and then one of them said: "if that's the case, I'm going to have to piss you off more often..." hmmm...

Shortbread sandwich cookies with dark chocolate nutella filling

People liked them so much I have 4 dozens to make this weekend! Well guess I have my hands full, good thing I'm taking "vacation" on Friday, not for this reason, but it helps. I'm heading out of town this weekend so no need to have "therapy" baking sessions; I get to go have some fun with my friends! :)

p.s. I got the cake ball gig! Will need to crank out 350 of those suckers sometime in August.
