Another Cake Story: Marble Cheesecake!
Ok...so maybe not a true cake....but lets just make things easier (more for me than anyone else really :P) and group all cakes and their cousins into this category. There's been a slight baking drought for me since I've been focusing on making sneak peeks for Stampin' Up BUT I made time this weekend!
....actually my coworkers had been requesting cheesecakes for a while and I've finally decided its time to fulfill that request so... I was making cheesecakes anyways... had extra batter and decided to play :)
my slice, yum!
I put a teaspoon of Baileys and mixed some milk and cocoa powder to make the marbling effect.
Wish the Baileys flavor was stronger...perhaps next time I should switch to tablespoon :P.
