Another Cake Story: Marble Cheesecake with a Twist!

Nothing too special compared to last week's marble cheesecake except my coworker had requested some coconut in her cheesecake so, I toasted some semi sweet coconut shreds and added it into the batter when I went to bake:

Not bad right? It smelled so yummy... unfortunately since I'm giving that to my coworker I wasn't able to take pictures of it cut open (or taste it, boo...maybe she'll share)...perhaps next time when I have extra batter and can play with it.
